We mainly work on large utility projects, such as hospitals, museums, distribution centers, airports, data centers, offices and mixed high-rise buildings. We are looking for (your) BIM superpowers

‍

As a BIMBaas you coordinate our projects and make difficult matters simple. You contribute to process optimization and automation and seamlessly integrate the BIM process into the design and construction process. Together with your colleagues you ensure that the virtual building is an extension of the physical building and optimally support our customers with their issues. You also contribute to maintaining the BIM requirements, work closely with the project team and train yourself in the necessary knowledge and skills required for a feasible and workable model and BIM process. You work together with engineers and modelers in the Netherlands and Serbia and work closely with the final bosses Dennis and Djorhia. You have a role in the growth of DIBS42 and the freedom to shape that role.

Your Specs

‍

• You have experience with project coordination
• You have extensive knowledge of mechanical installations
• You have extensive experience in construction
• You are familiar with various software, such as Revit, Navisworks or Solibri
• You can program and/or set up process-related processes (pré)
• You are curious about innovation and the latest technologies and get bored if you do the same thing for too long
• Key skills: communication, process-oriented work, knowledge of feasibility and data management
• You speak Dutch and English
• You want to work at least 32 hours, but preferably 40
